Using the models we create in Revit, we should be able to sim 10-20 years of building deterioration. Using location of site, and probably/past weather conditions.
Then run a simulation to find where building may have rain leaks, or other weather related issues.
So we can edit our models, to possible combat this.
The application's possibilities are endless. We could find potential structural issues as well, to see how the maybe a potential leak may cause structural damage. Not only for leaks though, any number of situations could be simulated, to help in the design of our buildings.
After all, isn't that what BIM is all about?
