shared parameter and project parameter have the same key name

shared parameter and project parameter have the same key name in project file, will make make troubles. many bimmakers offen not obay the rules to build model parameter,so external project parameter with the same key name in shared parameter, will make many similer key and value in project files. Should developer carry out some methods to restrict the same key name between shared parameter and project parameter is forbidden? Your timely reply is highly appreciated.

in professional words,Shared parameters and project parameters with the same key name in the project file will cause issues. Many BIM modelers often fail to follow the rules when creating model parameters. If an external project parameter uses the same key name as a shared parameter, numerous duplicate keys and values will exist within the project file. Should developers implement measures to forbid identical key names between shared parameters and project parameters? Your timely reply is highly appreciated.

If a users tries to make a new project parameter from a shared parameter, that user will be hindered by revit to do that if there already is a project parameter with the same name. The only time project parameters get duplicated with a common name is when revit does so on its own, eg. when pseudo-linking to IFC files. All parameters in IFC are brought into your revit project - no matter whether they already exist.
