A typical project approval requirement is to produce a shadow study of your proposed site on the adjoining properties.
It would be beneficial if the surrounding sites and the proposed project site are shaded in different colours to help support/justify the true impact of the proposed development.
Currently all shadows are grey so there is no definition between the proposed and what is existing.
