Selection Box added to Show element Dialog box

Various functions in Revit give you the option to 'Show' the element selected in a view. This has never been great at getting to a good view of the element without flicking through a number of views to get a good one.

Now that Revit has a Selection Box built in it would make sense and be so much better to be able to view the element in a selection box instead of a view.

A simple additional button on these dialog boxes utilising the Selection Box tool would be a slick addition.

Thanks for taking the time to submit your idea. Unfortunately, this idea did not get the support of the community over the last 6 months and as such we will not be pursuing it at this time. Please feel free to rework (titles and clear descriptions are really important) and resubmit this one down the road.
