We find that the current way to have a label associated with a section cut (IE: TYP, SIM) is not feasible to use. Currently it affects the whole type of section instead of just one instance, and editing the type also affects the location of the detail in the Project Browser which causes chaos.
I've tried editing the Callout Tag, the Section Tag with as many tricks as possible: instance parameters, visibility settings, etc. However, none of the items in those families are accessible in the Type Properties or Properties Browser, nor are we able to make anything an instance.
Ideally, in the Properties Browser, perhaps under Graphics, is a check box to show a Label and the ability to enter the text you want in the Label (IE: SIM, TYP @ DOOR). Even better would be the ability to move the tag around the section cut in case having it in the upper right isn't the best location for the situation.
