Section Box - Active vs Visible

Crop Views - when you want to see them, you check "Crop Region Visible". When you want them to be actively cutting, you select "Crop View".

This should be the case for Section Boxes.

The option to make the bounds of the section box invisible shouldn't be buried in the visibility settings.

They also shouldn't reset when you toggle them off.
