Schedule/Note Block individual row height

We use note blocks to schedule custom keynote tags so they fill out the schedule (note block) automatically as we type out the note after placement of the tags. While Revit 2024 gave us the ability to size ALL of the rows at the same time, this does not give us the opportunity to have extra space after a wrapped block of text, thus increasing the readability of the individual notes.

Is it possible to add a parameter or check box to add a blank line or a pre-specified space after the text in a schedule to give us this readability?

Recent updates to Revit have introduced several valuable features, but the ability to resize individual rows within schedule remains unavailable—currently restricted to header rows only. This limitation poses a significant challenge when preparing bar bending schedules, as the default row height often fails to accommodate detailed shape illustrations/bending information.

As a workaround, users are forced to manually insert images into each row to convey the required detailing, which is both time-consuming and inefficient. Implementing a row resizing feature—similar to Microsoft Excel—would greatly enhance flexibility
