Rotate text notes in families via parameters (Add Constraints, Work Plane)

In electrical engineering, we use many families that, in addition to lines, also contain text notes and labels (annotations).

As a workaround for another missing revit function, we currently use offset parameters to move and an angle parameter to rotate the annotation (2D symbol) of nested families.

For lines, this already works by using a reference line. (Set work plane to reference line)

But for text there is not such an option.

To solve my proble, please add the option 'Work Plan' to text notes and labels (generic annotations) in families.
