Room And space boundary problems

Hi .

My name is mohammad Jamali And working revit special revit Mep For long time but a problem always  give bad felling 

the problem is : in revit product  when define space or Room in spacial  form architect  area  revit could not  product true boundry  for example when drawing a  round and sphere Roof For  a  area  while  u  want define  Room or space  software just show rectangular  shape as boundry and never fit on  true  wall and other items  please  fix  this problem .

second item  which  consider  as other problem  is : Define  3D line and etc  according  to  Coordination system  isn't   accessible .

this is true. Wenn dormers is created in roofs the Room and the MEP space cannot expand into the dormer volume because its technical an opening. Please rework the dormer-tool so space can expand into it. We need the total volume of the room very often and dormers occur very often and are very large in our projects. At the moment we calculate them by hand. The Volumen is need by the architects and the MEP-Engineers for air and heating calculations.
