In the project browser you are currently able to right click on Legends, Schedules/ Quantities and Sheets to create new of each or you can go to the view tab. Drafting Views do not have this functionality and you must go to the view tab to create a new Drafting View. I think it would be helpful to add in similar right click functionalities in the project browser to Drafting Views.
