My idea is to add the capability to specify the precision for exported CAD from Revit. The default is currently 1/16" and can cause confusion when someone is measuring in CAD from an exported Revit drawing. We have had issues in my office where people were working off inaccurate dimensions for small detail items that require precision greater than 1/16". While I understand that the user can change the precision in the CAD file with the units command, reminding people that this has to be done each time they begin to use an exported file is not feasible, and it only takes one mistake to potentially cause an issue that costs the client or the office fee and hardship.
I suggest adding this as an option in the export settings dialogue under the units & coordinates tab.
