Revit Schedules - Formatting - Conditional Format test based on empty or null value for a given parameter

I would like to use the formatting tool in Revit schedules to allow for conditional formatting to change formatting when encountering an empty or null value in a given parameter.

Agreed it would be nice to have it as an option in the dropdown under test.

When you have large schedules it would help with quickly identifying cells that still need to be filled in.

It would also be nice if the conditional could have the option to apply to the single cell or the entire row.

Also needs to support basic text conditionals like "Contains" and "Starts with."
