Currently, if a user tries to open a Revit File which is currently open by another user on a network file server, revit displays the notification that the file is in use.
Migrating to bim360, this isn't available so users lock the files before they open them. The problem is, if another user opens that revit file, they don't know it is locked until they attempt to save.
To avoid having to lock files, it would be of tremendous help if revit notified the second user that the file is currently open by another user and give them the read only option to open the file, along with the user name of who has the revit file open.
