Reorganize Massing & Site Tab

Reorganize Massing & Site Tab

Currently Massing and Site is one tab...  Why?  They are not the same thing nor necessarily used to do the same things.  They were like an afterthought.  Separate Massing and Site into separate tabs.  Then in the Site tab, the Site Settings dialog should be it's own button as well.  Why is property line settings placed in the Site Settings dialog under the Model Site panel???  I had a heck of a time trying to figure out why I wasn't seeing my N/S and E/W columns in my property line table!

If Property Line tool is in the Modify Site panel, why are settings to use that tool in the Model Site panel?  What's the difference in those two panels anyway??  Adding a property line is not modifying the toposurface at all.  That whole tab should just be reorganized to be more user friendly.  Please!!!???

Everything pointed out above is true.  No reason "site settings" (renamed Property Line Data beginning in R24) should be hidden in a dropdown.  Especially one that has nothing to do with 2D site elements like property lines--users would have no reason to suspect it's even there (in past versions anyway--the Property Line button was moved into this panel starting in R24, but there's still no reason Property Line Data shouldn't have its own button instead of being in a dropdown).

Also, 'Degrees from N/S' and 'Degrees minutes seconds' should be the default settings, at least for U.S. users (I'm not sure if other countries use the other units more commonly).  Both of these could be implemented, but if the default units were set to what is commonly used in your location, there wouldn't be much need to try to find this dialog.  Seems like these are both easy fixes that could be updated without much of an issue.
