All Nested Generic Annotation to display when 3D Host Family is on an angle

When placing a family on an angled host (i.e. sloped ceiling, structural member, etc.) the nested generic annotation associated with the family will not display.  Once the family is hosted flat the generic annotation displays.  It would be nice to be able to display this generic annotation regardless of hosted family's angle or orientation.

Yes! Imagine a 2D car placed in a slope. I want it to both align with the site and to show the normal 2D (not deformed) in floorplan. That is usefull because using the 3D in a not perfect ramp can make the 3D lines/symbol be below the topography in some cases.
