At concrete wall intersections there are specific L, T, or X zones where "stronger" rebars ( meaning higher diameter and/or smaller rebar spacings) need to be placed. We should place rebar separators to precisely define such intersection areas. The rebar separator should act as any other rebar boundary, allowing rebar constraining to it. This would significantly improve rebar modeling and detailing.
