Quantify All Revit Categories in Material Schedules

Unlike regular schedules, material schedules in Revit have a unique feature: a single element can appear multiple times. This functionality is extremely powerful on many levels. For example, if I want to quantify finishes that are present in both walls and ceilings, I can consolidate all that information into a single table.
This is just a simple example, but the potential is much greater, as you can see in the video I'm sharing. It's possible to quantify many different elements at once. It's not just about getting the area of the pipes—it's about creating tables where I can concatenate linear meters with other measurements I'm interested in, all centralized in one place!
