Propogate changes made to one assembly instance to other remaining instances

We use Revit assembly feature to create shop drawings and documentaion. If we have more than one instance of assembly of same type and user makes change to one of the instance new assembly is created. Instead of this, Please add support to propogate the changes made to one instance to other remaining instances. If possible ask user to confirm that he/she wants to create new assembly or want to propogate change to other assembly instances.

If assembly instance having shop drawing associate with changed by user, then the new assembly type is created and shop drawing are also acquired by new assmbly type. Can you make change that the shop drawings will be retained / assigned to one of the instance of previous assembly type and new assembly also has the its own copy of shop drawings.

In above process we are loosing shop shop drawing created and user make change to assembly.

If it is planned on the roadmap? Where is it? We are 5 years later now, still we don't have this option.
