Project time management
Each company is trying to track time spent on a project. I thing Revit should get better in this and allow better time and work tracking. Something like is Manictime - implement some parts of that software.
We have an excel file where we keep track of whatever task we do and specify the date whenever a new task is given to us. This enables us to have a good estimate of the amount of projects as well as the progression of each project.
I'm sure that could be implemented in Revit eventually but Excel does the job.
