Pipe families to be static

Sometimes when completing a run of pipe revit takes over and removes fittings I have placed manually.  Things like reducers or flanges because the routing preferences for the system are limited.  We should have the ability to define a fitting as static and not to be modified by revit trying to be smart.  Could be a check box parameter in the family that defaults to checked when a fitting is placed manually vs using routing solutions.

Yes! Thought I'm yet to test if this problem could be solved by adding the extra variantes to the routing preferences...

And that option (something like a pin, but just for this purpose) should be able to be used in filters and schedules, so we can quickly see and select the "frozen" areas, so we could unfrozen if need be.

This would be usefull for cable trays more than pipes, actually... But do that for all systems.
