We create a lot of schedules using the 'Mark', 'Comment' and 'Type' fields.

Comment - Model xxx, by xxx
This works fine, apart from the fact that by default all new components get automatically assigned a 'Mark' based on the last mark used, (regardless of area/component type). This means that components easily/automatically have incorrect marks. At best this means we have to remove countless incorrect marks, at worst someone forgets and components are left incorrecetly marked- the strays pop up on our schedules (Fire dampers Marked as VAVs!).
