The OBJ export has terrible mesh tesselation, making the feature half-complete. Planar faces and extrusions should not be heavily tesselated, this makes editing them a chore and increases the file size! Please address these mesh tesselation issues!

When opening a Revit file in 3ds Max, this wall comes in like this:

Geometry wise, it is much clearner from FBX.
There should be controls for how the OBJ is exported, similar to the controls 3ds Max has to import Revit geometry:
