Guess what I am doing right now. Well this breath taking idea is to allow selecting multiple lines in the annotation edit window and move them all up or down.
They should make the move work in the labels GUI and the Parameters GUI the same way it does in schedules where you can select a large block of fields and move them all at once.
In the image if I click the move down it will move everything below the next field which is "Frame Glazing".
