In Railings where we set the Baluster Placement, why not have 2 sections instead of just the one Main placement have a second that is Intermediate placement and then instead of having a very long list that doesnt fit on the screen all at once to having just one Main post that is eg 1200mm and one intermediate that is eg 100mm and revit just places the 11 intermediate posts in between the main 1200mm posts, granted it might be hard to code but wouldnt that be easier
Or have a column for repeat count (in the @DM00SE example this value would be 1 for the main post and 11 for the balusters). To make this even better the repeats could be made to overlap, for example with "hit and miss" balusters.
