I suggest that we have an option of "hard modelling" for MEP pipes and ducts that when turned on, placing a pipe or a duct in a 2D view or a 3D view will check immediately for clashes with other MEP elements in the model, and suggest changing the level for example or just giving a warning at least. If people are restricted from the beginning not to clash, we will never end up with thousands of clashes that will never be able to solve one by one. I understand that this option might slow down the drafting process but it can be optional also. Especially in cases where clashes have a high priority compared to modelling speed this option would be very beneficial. It can also attach a property to the element indicating if it was created using the "hard modelling" option or no so that we can know, if later on a clash is detected with that element, what or who is the reason.
