Engineers have a tendancy/requirement to cannabalize past projects for details. But over the years, different line standards evolve. This is especially true of items brought potentially from other companies, and all this results in tons of line styles chaotically thrown around in the project.
It would be good if the following option were available:
In the line style dialogue, you delete a particular line style, and are then given the option to transfer all instances of said line style to another one. This would drastically improve project cleanup, and make companies more willing to update their standards over the years, as opposed to sticking to ancient methodology and graphics for fear of the process of updating them.
This has been an issue for me in several projects in multiple companies.
