Most text elements we have allow us to customize the format as needed but greatly lacks when using label text in annotation families. We use families for wall types to control the style and look but when needing to use the multi-line text in a family, we get a tiny dialog box and have no access to use a bullet system, or change the font to bold or underlined. Heck, we can't even tab or indent the text. Please make the text within families more powerful and give us the flexibility to format it like the regular text we have.
