Leaders should stay on screen when created

When adding leaders to annotation objects, Revit shoots the end of the leader off screen to the left every time.  This is an annoying behavior causing us to zoom out to grab the end and reposition when most of the time we've already zoomed in to the area we want to be working on.  Can the leader be told to only extend as far out as the zoomed region of the view?

To clarify, it doesn't necessarily shoot the leader off the screen, but an unnecessary distance away from the annotation object, which most of the time is off screen.

This is insanely annoying. I'd love to have this fixed.

Also for the leader to not be projected beyond the annotation crop when it is initially created.

Thanks for taking the time to submit your idea. Unfortunately, this idea did not get the support of the community over the last 6 months and as such we will not be pursuing it at this time. Please feel free to rework (titles and clear descriptions are really important) and resubmit this one down the road.
