The latest versions of Revit have become very minimalist visually, but I know that for myself and my colleagues, we would VERY much appreciate very large and obvious loading progress bars or thinking wheels so that when we are loading 5 linked models and it takes a minute, it doesn't look like we are sitting around twiddling our thumbs. Please.
