This error message is very misleading. I am getting many complaints that they cannot synchronize and are stuck with this error. Instead, I always solved this by either canceling and trying to sync again or to be patient and wait. This message doesn't tell you that you're waiting to synchronize and in fact tells you you can't access the central model which is misleading the users and causing a lot of panic. Please reword this error to a more understanding statement!
