Insulation Batting Line Spacebar Flipping

This is a fairly minor issue but it does annoy me regularly.

If you are drawing an insulation batting line and you have the location set to near or far side, when you press spacebar it only flips along the length, it should flip along the axis line as well.

It should function the same way that walls do when you draw them using a location line on one of the faces.

Even though I have not used the batten line since I made my own line based detail item one (according to Brian Mackey's tutorials on details), this bug should still be fixed.
