Improve API access to the Ribbon function (Explode Imported DXF/DWG)

I would like to have access to the functions available in the ribbon when an element is selected.

Help | Explode Imported Geometry | Autodesk

No commands related to exploding a DWG or CAD is available in the PostableCommand Enumeration and thus I cannot use the LookupPostableCommandId

I need the partial explode as well: ID_IMPORT_INST_PARTIAL_EXPLODE (or even more). This enables me to get positions of dwg-Objects to align them properly.
