I love the basic keynote system I can use the keynotes for specific families on multiple projects. However, when I need to add project specific keynote this whole change it in the database, go to the annotate menu, use the pull down menu to reload the data base, etc. is a royal pain. I put it on the keynote button on the quick access toolbar but that just saves one step. I need to keynote on the fly.
Can I get just the"reload keynotes" button on the quick access tool bar?
