Host Elements to Vertical Reference Plane

Allow elements created on a vertical reference plane to be hosted to that plane, similar to a plan view. 

Context:- In plan view you can host steel beams to a reference plane (work plane). Move that reference plane and the elements move with it. In elevation (steel framed wall for example) you need a vertical reference plane to create the elements, but the elements aren't hosted to it. Move the vertical reference plane and nothing is hosted to it.

Thanks for taking the time to submit your idea. Unfortunately, this idea did not get the support of the community over the last 6 months and as such we will not be pursuing it at this time. Please feel free to rework (titles and clear descriptions are really important) and resubmit this one down the road.
