It would be a huge time saver to be able to select one of the gizmo axis/ a shape handle and have a numerical input value box. This way the element/ mass can be moved by a the input distance along the selected handle/ axis. Please take a look at the gizmos in Fusion 360 as they allow for quicker modeling.
The gizmos from Fusion 360 would also be a great idea for everything other than just masses, I don't understand why they were enabled for masses but nothing else in Revit!
