Fix hatch pattern for slope floor!

This has been a problem for years!

When the floor is sloped, the pattern get's all wonky. Placing a filled region on top is a dumb way of doing it, if the profile change, you have to go update all the filled regions. We prefer to use the live model and not put a band-aid on top. 

Autodesk please fix!!

@kimberly_fuhrman-jonesmentioned real-world examples. I work with landscape architecture, and for me, it’s really painful to deal with this problem.

For example, on sidewalks, it’s impossible to properly represent the paving materials. Now imagine dealing with an entire park.

Also, to represent small plants, we need to represent them both with hatch patterns and in 3D, so we use the Floor tool. But the hatches become completely messed up when we adapt them to the topography.
