Expose Structural Wall checkbox value

Please expose the Structural Wall Yes/No checkbox value to View Filters, Schedules, and Schedule filters.

The value is there. It is a built-in value. There is no reason that we shouldn't be able to use it. This would be an excellent method of determining a wall's usage and differentiating which views it should be shown in.

When the box is checked we can then designate how it is to be used structurally, when it is unchecked we should be able to filter these walls out of Structural Plans. The inverse would also be true for filtering Structural foundation walls that are below grade out of Architectural views.

Simply using the Non-Bearing option is not sufficient as Non-Bearing is the value for Walls in which Structural is not checked as well as walls marked Structural with the Non-Bearing option selected.

There are times in which a Non-Bearing wall still needs to show up on Structural Plans (since all concrete and CMU walls need to show) whereas non Structural Architectural walls may not be desired on those plans.

In truth, why are ANY parameters (especially built-in-parameters) hidden and/or not available for these types of usage?

Wait is not possible use the parameter to filter? I never notice that, that would be very helpful.

I intended to use this parameter to control visibility of walls for our slab edge / foundation plans, but have just realized that this parameter is - for whatever reason - not capable of being used for view filters. Now I have to cull back through after creating a new parameter. It's kind of misleading and a time waster, so this would be a good (and, I don't think very difficult) thing to address in the next release of Revit.
