eTransmit - specify sheets to be retained

eTransmit - specify sheets to be retained

eTransmit for Revit is a great tools, and with one minor tweak could be made even better.

When selecting "Upgrade and Cleanup", there should be an option to select specific sheets to include / retain.

This is especially useful when you have a starting view (created as a sheet) which contains a legal disclaimer. This obviously needs to be kept in the file when issued, not removed. Hence why deleting ALL sheets becomes an issue.

Hi @Kristian.SutherlandSHV45 . I am trying to set this up but any option to retain specific sheets does not seem to be appearing. I have set aa sheet as a starting view but it still doesn't prompt anything.

Any ideas?

thanks in advance

@samkGM9RP , this is the idea forum where people submit ideas to be implemented. Revit currently does not have this function in eTransmit to the best of my knowledge.

You can vote for the idea if you are wanting it to be a reality but it seems very few people care about eTransmit based on the 8 votes in 2 years.

I'd like to include sheets to match pre-selected print sets, so I can include a PDF corresponding to a particular consultant's scope of work with the model.

eTransmit is useless without the option to retain a cover sheet for model revisions, status etc.

Manual intervention is required to retain one which defeats the purpose of automation with eTransmit.
