Enhancing User Awareness of Changes in Revit

Enhancing User Awareness of Changes in Revit

Introducing new features and communicating changes is often a challenge, especially in large and complex software such as Revit. This is why I would like to propose a new feature: an option in the settings to turn the highlighting of new or updated features on or off.

If enabled, tools that have received changes would show a small yellow exclamation mark next to them. Selecting it would reveal what has been updated and provide a short description of the change. This would make it much easier for users to move from older versions to newer ones and stay aware of improvements without digging through documentation.

This is a wish for future development, but it could bring real clarity to version transitions and improve the overall user experience.
