Enable to change the default of wall height/depth setting

I wish Revit allows me to change the default to draw wall the with selected method.

Every time we launch Revit we have to change this setting to "Height" before making the first wall. It remembers it afterwards (for that session), but why can't it just save it somewhere - maybe in revit.ini?
