Enable PDF export with black lines and color patterns and raster images

Enable PDF and DWF export with black lines and color patterns and raster images. This effect can be achieved when printing a PDF by using the 'Black lines' option and then 'Color' in the printer properties. It would be great to be able to achieve this effect in Export PDF because of its combination with other export advantages.
