Currently, Revit limits custom work plane creation to selecting existing physical elements or predefined
levels. This is restrictive especially in analytical modeling where elements like inclined panels or members
often need to reference non-existent or virtual planes.

Introduce the ability to create a work plane by selecting three points in space or by entering coordinates-
similar to the functionality in Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis.
This feature would allow users to model inclined analytical geometry more accurately and efficiently, without
the need to rely on placeholder physical elements just to define a reference plane.
