Create Existing Loads, Without Modeling Them

Allow users to create an existing load in a panel schedule, add a load value, and load classification without needing to place an element in the model. Similar to creating a spare breaker, but with the option to assign a load classification. A parameter for a user defined prefix could be added to these existing loads by default to avoid confusing them with real modeled loads.

One workaround is to add a separate phase, and throw junction boxes in the model with the corresponding loads.
