Currently, a Coordination Review warning (i.e. "Instance of link needs Coordination Review") shows up if changes are made to monitored objects, but the warning is then eliminated from the Warnings list. If the person dismissing the warning dialog does not deal with the Coordination Review there is no trace of the warning ever happening. If the Coordination Review warning remained in the list of warnings, then it could be detected and dealt with like other warnings. The typical Warnings command would show it as something that still needs to be dealt with.
