Color Scheme: remove redundant naming

When creating a Color Scheme you have to give two names: one for the scheme and one for the Scheme Definition.

Since you can only have one definition per scheme, it seems a bit redundant (and confusing) to have the possibility to give two names.

I suggest removing the "Title:" parameter and just keeping the scheme name for naming purposes.

The "Title" in a scheme definition is what appears on color scheme legends.  They shouldn't be the same (it used to be an issue with schedules).  For example, you might have two different schemes that both need the same title when the legend is used.

Having two different schemes with the same name seems confusing. Why would you give scheme's with different definitions the same name? That just seems like bad practice.

Having the same title can happen quite a bit, and since Revit doesn't have per view settings it's needed.  For example, I might have 3 sheets where I want the legend title to be "Room Legend" but their definition names (which have to be different) would describe what they do: "Rooms - Occupancy", "Rooms - Department" "Rooms - Public v. Private".  The sheet or view titles would be the ones describing what the diagrams represent, not the legends.  The same thing happens with schedule representing drawing index - A project will end up with one for each early release package. I'd support a checkbox that automatically makes the title the same as scheme definition, as long as you could still uncheck it and make it unique.
