Clean Up Mode

I would like to have a Clean Up mode or series of tools. I'd like some of them to be interactive, and others to be automated.

1. Simplify Location: Adjust element location, either all or by category, to move within 1/8" or 1/2" etc. to some set precision, or within the defined Project Unit.
2. Warnings: Some can be cleaned up by the software, some shouldn't be. But a clean up mode can resolve the easy ones.
3. Combine and remove duplicate dimension, text types and Object Styles. It can analyzed similar properties and combine. Same with line styles and fill patterns
4. Project Browser: Views, and Callouts.
5. View Filters: Maybe we could have a 'Sort by View' or to see if they're used. Which views are using them. Can we purge unused within that dialogue box?

It would be nice to enter a cleanup mode where items can be accepted and cleaned up one by one with previews. Imagine the Layer Translator from Autocad used to combine and cleanup Dimensions, Text, Fill Patterns and Object Styles.

Thanks for taking the time to submit your idea. Unfortunately, this idea did not get the support of the community over the last 6 months and as such we will not be pursuing it at this time. Please feel free to rework (titles and clear descriptions are really important) and resubmit this one down the road.
