it is possible, by creating an empty 2d view in 1:1 with a filled region with a circular opening. Place the view that needs to be cropped on a sheet. Then place your view with your filled region on top of that, on your sheet. if it doesn't print right, you can screenshot your cropped view from revit and insert it as an image file instead. not a very efficient approach, I know 🙂
