Activate renaming using Double Click the Labeled Dimension (not text) or context menu command.
Сomparison of renaming by number of actions:
"Classic": 1) Open Family Types 2) Find the required parameter 3) Select 4) Press Edit Parameter 5) Rename 6-7) Press OK twice.
In-place : 1) Double click the Labeled Dimension 2) Rename 3) Right click outside of text field.
