Change model text into text and back

R25.4 Any detail line can be converted to a model line and the other way around. I propose to offer the same for text.

@kimberly_fuhrman-jones The 2d model text approach sort of has my idea as a side line, apart from that, it is asking for a real 2D model text which I think, would be great. If turning thickness of a model text to zero would leave it as a text note, fine. The linked idea is asking for that to behave like levels or grids to reside in 3d space.
