Calculated/Diversified Load per phase

Calculated/Diversified Load per phase

Right now Revit does not allow the diversified load/calculated load to be displayed per phase on electrical panels.  I'm seeing this as a requirement from the engineering staff at my office.

This is important. The data is already there, just needs to be displayed. Especially in the case when diversities add load, it needs to be proven that one of the phases is not overloaded.

It is very important. See example below of an overloaded panelboard that Revit shows as being A-OK. Overall panel demand is 89A, but Phase A demand is 125A. The panel is overloaded and Revit has no clue. It also happens to be unbalanced, but Revit does it's auto-balancing on connected load. That, also, should be done based on demand. I, too, have seen engineers refuse to use Revit's panel schedules because it doesn't do this calculation.

Agreed. In addition to the total panel demand, the demand per phase shall be included. We have multiple requests for this information from building departments. Currently, we have to re-type panel in Excel template to show this information.
